Certified
Residential Specialist
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest
Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales
field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional
accomplishments in both experience and education. Since 1977 the
Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS
Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements.

Accredited Buyer's Representative
The Accredited Buyer Representative designation indicates a real
estate
agent specializing in
representing buyers in the real estate transaction. The ABR is
conferred by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC).

Senior Real Estate
Specialist
Seniors Real Estate Specialists are Realtor©
qualified to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing
Americans. A national program since 1998, The Senior Advantage
Real Estate Council (SAREC®) offers a
specific designation, SRES®, to identify
those members who have successfully completed its education
program along with other perquisites. By earning the SRES®
designation, your Realtor® has
demonstrated requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel senior
clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions
involved in relocating,
refinancing, or selling the
family home. Your Realtor® has received
special training, regular updates, and is prepared to offer the
options and information needed in making life changing
decisions.

Associate Broker
A real estate license
classification used in some states to describe a person who has
qualified as a real estate
broker but still works for and
is supervised by another broker; also called a
broker-salesperson, broker-associate or affiliate broker.
