Charles County is definitely one of the major
"hot" spots in southern Maryland real estate. So many business
have their main offices in the various cities in this county
that employment opportunities are always becoming available.
Waldorf contains many of the commercial and residential
areas that I do a lot of my business in. Prices of the homes in
this area are a bit more expensive than other parts like,
Hughesville,
La Plata and
Charlotte Hall.
